Everything in Minuted is designed to be self-explanatory, but sometimes it isn't. Below are the questions people ask most, plus a direct line if your question isn't on the list.

iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch. One purchase covers all of them, and your roster and history stay in step across every device signed in to your iCloud.
No. There is no account to create and no sign-in. Minuted works the moment you open it. Syncing uses your own iCloud account, which you are already signed in to.
Yes. Every part of the app works without a connection: starting meetings, tracking cost, and reading your history. The only thing that needs a connection is iCloud sync, which catches up on its own the next time you are online.
On your device, and in your own private iCloud so it can sync between your devices. It is stored in the private database of your personal iCloud account, encrypted under your Apple ID.
KSQ Studios runs no servers, never receives a copy of your data, and cannot see it. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
When you set up a meeting, Minuted shows the events still left on your calendar today. Tap one and the title fills in and the invitees are matched against your roster, so you can start tracking in a couple of taps.
Calendar access is read-only and entirely optional. Minuted never adds, edits, or deletes anything on your calendar, and the app works normally if you decline access.
Minuted estimates hourly rate from annual salary by dividing by 2,080 (a standard working-hours-per-year figure). You can adjust this ratio in Settings.
No, this is intentional. iOS doesn't allow Live Activities to update custom numbers continuously. Minuted shows the elapsed time ticking and the burn rate as a static reference. Open the app to see the exact live cost.
Open Settings and use either "Delete all meeting history," which clears your meetings and leaves your roster in place, or "Reset everything," which clears both. You will be asked to confirm, and neither can be undone.
Because your data syncs, deleting it removes it from your other devices too. Deleting the app from all of your devices also removes it.
Your data already syncs through your own iCloud, so it is present on each of your devices rather than living on only one. If you have iCloud Backup switched on, Minuted's local data is also included in your device backup per your iCloud settings.
Email techsupport@ksqstudios.com. Bug reports are most useful when they include the device and OS version you are on (for example iPhone 17 Pro, iOS 26.6) and a description of what you expected versus what happened.
